Hi friends-
Bill and I thought it would be fun for all of us to surprise George and Susan Smith with a piece of art for their new restaurant. Since George hopes to incorporate Manteca history into the decor, we plan to colorize, and print on canvas, some photographs of the old Thompson place which used to stand where the new restaurant is being built. We'll present it to him at the opening, along with a certificate listing the names of all who contribute. We think it will be a wonderful community welcome and thank-you for all George has done for us!
